IMPROVING STUDENTS’ MOTIVATION – GOOGLE TOOLS AND MOBILE APPS
C2 Activity – 17/10/2022 – 21/10/2022 – Digital tool for fun lessons; technology and learning
Main Activities
- Sports games aimed to socialize;
- Workshop on the introduction to microcontrollers, their management and implementation;
- Cultural tour in the old town of Montenero – visit to an old oil mill, local artisan workshops and the sandstone caves in the surrounding of the town;
- Workshop – hardware and software -combining hardware assembly, programming of the assembly, and controlling it through a smartphone app; realize the hardware and software of 2 ESP32 microcontrollers devices through the use of a Bluetooth connection network for remote management by a mobile app.
Mobility Results
All students and teachers were fully involved in each part of the planned activities. The students had the chance to improve their ICT skills, their social skills and their critical thinking, experiencing group work and taking decisions. Moreover all the participants came into contact with different cultures, comparing their habits and their way of living, their ways of teaching.
